Hey, y'all, I apologize again that it's been so long. The holidays have been quite hectic. Along with all the fun, laughter, and memories made, there's been several sobering moments. A dear older gentleman friend of ours passed away, a young couple lost their seven-year-old niece to the flu two weeks before Christmas, and most recently, good friends of ours in the bluegrass world, the Lindsey Family, are told their 11-year-old son has brain cancer. Sometimes, I feel like my heart will be burst from my chest; it aches so bad. Let's face it. Life is short... too short. Too short to waste time staring at screens while this beautiful thing called LIFE flies by. So my encouragement to you is no matter how inconvenient, frustrating, or crazy life gets, choose to accept it, and maybe even, enjoy it with those you love. God has given it to us as a gift. I pray I never take it for granted or squander it! Please keep the Lindseys in your daily prayers as they brave this storm together with Michael.
“An explosion of joy!”
